Michael and Susan will be taking us through an evening of wild, weird and wonderful emerging and alternative wine varieties matched to wintery pub meals.
In 2005 after both working in various areas of the wine industry, Michael and Susan started making wines the way they wanted to. Today their Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon are excellent examples of what small producers from sub-regional Barossa are capable of, but where they really excite are the emerging blends and varieties that are really something special.
